Peters Hill Primary School was established in 1975 and is currently celebrating its 40th birthday. The school was originally built as a two form entry but has now grown to become a vibrant four form entry that is the largest primary school in Dudley. The school is situated on the edge of Stourbridge and Brierley Hill in a pleasant, residential area with the children coming from a mixture of both private and council housing. Our Nursery is the most recent addition to the school and is housed in the children's centre building. The school is set in its own extensive grounds with playing fields, gardens and many more outdoor learning spaces including our very own chickens. Currently we have over 850 pupils on the roll of the school. Within the school we have a large staff of teachers, Classroom Assistants, Office Staff, Site Managers, Dinner Supervisors and visiting music and sport teachers. The school is organised into three stages, Foundation Stage (Nursery and Reception), Lower School (Years 1 and 2) and Upper School (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6), with teams of teachers working together to provide the very best in education. We offer excellent pastoral care for all of our pupils including access to learning mentors and our nurture room when needed. Together we fly high, flourish and fulfil.
