Parental Involvement
At Peters Hill we recognise that working in partnership with parents is crucial for your child to flourish.
We are delighted to have been awarded with the Leading Parent Partnership Award which recognises our positive work with parents across a number of areas.
We love to welcome parents into school.
Parents are welcome to join in with our Learning Agreement Time (LAT) in Reception every morning for half an hour so that parents and carers can work with their child, discovering together. There are also numerous other opportunities across the year groups and school year for you to share, celebrate and understand how your child is making progress.
You will be invited to attend a termly open evening and we have an open door policy where you can discuss matters with your child's class teacher if necessary at any point in the year. You will receive an end of year report that details your child's progress over the year.
We welcome parents who can't come into school to share their child's school day by visiting the class blog and commenting on the regular updates.
We look forward to seeing you!
