Anti-Bullying Week
Odd Socks Day marks the start of Anti-Bullying Week. It will take place on Monday 14th November and this year’s theme is ‘Reach Out’. It is all about empowerment and celebrating what makes us all unique.
We want to come together and show awareness by wearing odd socks to school on Monday.
Each year Andy and the Odd Socks write us a toe tapping song for Odd Socks Day that helps us bring the Anti-Bullying Week theme to life.

Thank you to everyone who came to school in odd socks on Monday to support Anti-Bullying Week.
We wore our odd socks to show a united front against bullying and to remind everyone that it is okay to be different!
We talked about what bullying was and all different types – we discussed different scenarios and how we would approach each one. We then talked about the effects of bullying both physical heath and mental health. Then we looked at how we approach bullying and strategies and signposts to help if we feel we need to talk.
