1. To setup your account, you should have received a Welcome Email from Arbor with a unique link to the email address we have for you on our system. If you are unsure if you have received the email, please check your Junk/Spam folders as sometimes it may be moved there. Alternatively, please email enquiries@petershillprimary.org so we can check that we have your details in our system.
2. Click on the unique link in the email. Here you will be taken to a secure Arbor Website to finish setting up your account.
3. Set a password for your account by entering a password into both the “Password” and “Confirm password” boxes and clicking the button.
4. You may be automatically logged in once you have set your password. If not, you will be taken to the login screen where you will need to enter your email address followed by the newly set password.
5. Confirm your child’s details. Once you have logged in for the first time, you will be prompted to enter some of the details for your child(s) such as a Date of Birth for verification.
6. Once verified, you will then be taken to the main Arbor Dashboard.

1. To login to the Parent Portal Website, click on the button at the top of this page to be taken to the login page.
2. Enter your Email address and Password that you have setup previously for our Arbor System.
3. Click the login button. This should then take you to the Dashboard once logged in successfully.

1. Open the Arbor App. If you haven’t yet downloaded this on your mobile device, you can find the links at the top of this page to download it from your phone’s app store.
2. Enter your Email address and Password that you have setup previously for our Arbor System.
3. If you would like to stay signed into the app, you can choose the “Remember Me” option. This will use the biometric system on your phone to securely sign you in each time you open the app.
4. Click the login button.
5. If you have multiple Arbor Accounts for different schools, you may be prompted to select a school here. Select “Peters Hill Primary School” to continue.
6. If you have multiple Children at our school, select the child you would like to view the profile for first.

1. If you have forgotten your password, navigate to the Parent Portal website. You can use the button at the top of this page.
2. Click the “Forgot password” button.
3. Enter your email address.
